Who we are

SalesAhead was founded in Zurich in 2009. Since then, the company has grown steadily and has established itself as one of the leading specialists for the placement of sales experts. Our consultants have many years of experience in the recruitment of specialists and managers in sales and understand your requirements for sales specialists in a dynamic, sales-oriented environment.

Our approach

We focus on personalities and in sales, soft factors are often the deciding factor. Therefore, neither a thorough CV analysis nor telephone calls or emails can replace a personal interview.

Personal contact is crucial for us. Both with our clients and with our candidates. The perfect match is only possible if we know and understand both sides exactly.

We also tread unusual paths because we are convinced that the obvious solution is often not the best one. Finding and creating unexpected “out-of-the-box solutions” is a matter of course for us.

The team

Kim Johansson

Managing Director

Kim Johansson worked for several years in a renowned, globally operating executive search company in Zurich, which specializes in the direct search of senior executives and board members. Among other things, she successfully identified candidates for national and international mandates.

In London, she joined a leading online English school as European Partnership Manager, where she was responsible for the partnership with MSN, the Microsoft web portal, in the EMEA region.

Kim Johansson studied political science at the University of Zurich and successfully completed an MBA at the KEDGE Business School in Marseille, France, in 2007. She speaks German, English, French, Italian and Norwegian.

Colleen Coady

Partner

Colleen has been a Senior Sales Executive in the technology industry for 30 years. She has led successful sales teams in a variety of industries including telecommunications, online advertising, payment services, localization and SaaS technology providers.

Based in the US, she has worked with domestic and global sales teams of all types, including SDR, Inside Sales, Commercial and Enterprise teams. She is experienced in building and growing sales teams and has worked in a number of startup and pre-IPO companies.

A citizen of the US and Ireland, she focuses on helping organizations expand their cultural awareness and develop a well-functioning, inclusive sales culture. Colleen attended Rensselaer Polytechnic University where she received her B.S. in Management Systems.

Daniela Absmeier

Consultant

Daniela Absmeier has worked in the areas of sales, acquisition and marketing in leading positions in SMEs for the last 15 years. She is an experienced strategist in these areas and their implementation. Solution-oriented and with a hands-on mentality, it was and is her most important goal to satisfy her customers to the highest degree.

Daniela Absmeier’s qualifications include a postgraduate degree in marketing management in Zurich. She speaks German, English and has knowledge of Spanish and French.

Corporate Social Responsibility

SalesAhead has been involved with the Hope Primary School in Nagrakata (West Bengal, India) since 2011. SalesAhead’s contribution enables the school to purchase textbooks, pens and other school materials.

SalesAhead also supports Aiducation, an NPO that enables highly talented young people from very poor backgrounds in Kenya and the Philippines to attend secondary school. These young people are among the 1% best in their year.
